All classes are located at the Hugh Chatham Aquatic & Wellness Center, 700 Chatham Medical Park, Elkin. Call 336-527-7468 for more information.

Classes are $4 each, or you can get a class pass card for $33 which gives you 11 classes without an expiration. Boot Camp and Aqua Boot Camp are $5 per class.

All classes run for 60 minutes.

Cross Train

Women's Choice AwardA mix of weights and cardio exercises to help improve muscular strength and endurance and to help tone all areas of the body. A variety of functional exercises, targeting the large muscle groups, will be performed to make the body reach its potential.

Funtional Fitness

Wellness CenterFunctional fitness exercises train your muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks by simulating common movements you might do at home, at work or in sports. While using various muscles in the upper and lower body at the same time, functional fitness exercises also emphasize core stability.

Aquatic Classes

Cost: $100 for Monday, Wednesday, Friday classes; $66 for Tuesday, Thursday classes; $33 for one session per week (HCMH employees and volunteers receive a 40% discount)

Duration: 60 minutes per session, eight-week series meeting either Monday, Wednesday and Friday or Tuesday and Thursday

All levels of classes are offered, from high energy cardio classes to regular aquatic exercise and therapeutic or rehabilitative classes
