All classes are located at the Hugh Chatham Aquatic & Wellness Center, 700 Chatham Medical Park, Elkin. Call 336-527-7468 for more information.

All classes cost $4 each, or you can get a Class Pass for 10 classes for $33 without an expiration.

All classes run for 60 minutes.

Cross Train

A mix of weights and cardio exercises to help improve muscular strength and endurance and to help tone all areas of the body. A variety of functional exercises, targeting the large muscle groups, will be performed to make the body reach its potential.

Aqua Boot Camp

This high-intensity, low-impact class is designed to help you reach your fitness goals! Exercises are performed in both shallow and deep water, but no swimming skills are needed to participate. Regardless of your age or fitness level, you can achieve noticeable results through workouts that incorporate cardio, strength and resistance training exercises.  You can push the boundaries or move at your own pace in this challenging aqua training class.

Aquatic Classes

Cost: $100 for Monday, Wednesday, Friday classes; $66 for Tuesday, Thursday classes; $33 for one session per week (HCMH employees and volunteers receive a 40% discount)

Duration: 60 minutes per session, eight-week series meeting either Monday, Wednesday and Friday or Tuesday and Thursday

All levels of classes are offered, from high energy cardio classes to regular aquatic exercise and therapeutic or rehabilitative classes
