We provide comprehensive services in the diagnosis and management of diseases affecting the esophagus, stomach, small intestine, colon (large intestine), gallbladder and attached bile ducts, the liver, and the pancreas.

We use only the most advanced technology and equipment to perform procedures and treatments. In our state-of-the-art endoscopy center, we provide colonoscopy and endoscopy while assuring patients the ultimate in privacy, convenience, and quality treatment.

The practice is overseen by board-certified gastroenterologist Dr. Sarba Kundu, and physician assistant Joe Argenta.

Hugh Chatham Health operating room patient satisfaction rates for GI are in the 99th percentile for the country, and our equipment features the newest technology in the area for gastrointestinal diagnostic procedures.

Our state-of-the-art equipment gives the best possible images to screen, diagnose and treat GI-related illnesses and diseases. Our staff is concerned about maintaining patient safety and privacy at all times.

Office-Based Endoscopy

Our state-of-the-art clinic and endoscopy suite assures patients the ultimate in privacy, convenience and treatment. Our facility is licensed, Joint Commission accredited and staffed with experienced ACLS certified RNs and CRNAs.

  • Colonoscopy with or without polypectomy
  • Endoscopic exams and therapy
  • Enteral and parenteral nutrition
  • Esophagus dilation

  • Flexible sigmoidoscopy
  • Hydrogen Breath Test
  • Injections offered include Cimzia, Humira, as well as Remicade, an IV infusion for Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis
  • Percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy
  • Polypectomy
