Hugh Chatham Rehabilitation Service Line works to cover every potential health care need you, or your family may require, including occupational, physical and speech therapy with highly trained and experienced professionals.

Hugh Chatham Rehabilitation helps you with your rehabilitative needs after a stroke, chronic or acute injury, surgery, or debilitating illness. Our number one priority is to empower you as a patient — to teach you about your condition, how to best manage it, and how to overcome it, all in a setting that fits YOUR need.

INPATIENT Rehabilitation

Our inpatient therapists are highly trained to meet the needs of all patients and their recovery needs, whether their stay is due to an elective surgery or an acute, chronic condition.

HOME HEALTH Rehabilitation

In partnership with physicians, we design a care plan for the individual’s short or long-term home care needs. We then coordinate implementation and regularly review the plan to assure that needs continue to be met.
