Aquatics Classes
Cost:

$100 for Monday, Wednesday, Friday classes
$66 for Tuesday, Thursday classes
$33 for one session per week
(HCMH employees and volunteers receive a 40% discount)

Duration:

60 minutes per session, eight-week series meeting either Monday, Wednesday and Friday or Tuesday and Thursday

All levels of classes are offered, from high energy cardio classes to regular aquatic exercise and therapeutic or rehabilitative classes.
